Breakfast & Lunch at Macaroni in Nagoya Station

Risa

Macaroni offers a perfect location and reasonably priced breakfast with generous portions of food!

If you’re unsure where to have breakfast in Nagoya, here’s my top recommendation for you! Most restaurants in Nagoya won’t open until 11:30 am. One of my biggest concerns during travel was having a huge breakfast at the hotel buffet and then not being able to enjoy lunch afterward.

LOCATION AT MACARONI

Macaroni is located inside JR Nagoya Station and is open every day from 8:00 am. The restaurant is situated right in front of the Hirokoji Exit on the ground floor of JR Nagoya Station. There is a Seijo Ishii supermarket right next to Macaroni, and Meitetsu Shopping Mall is nearby.

BREAKFAST AT MACARONI

The morning breakfast menu is available from 8:00 to 10:30. The menu price includes a drink as well, which makes it quite reasonable, isn’t it? If you order hot/iced coffee or tea, you can refill until the end of breakfast time.

I ordered the Eggs Benedict for 990 yen. The eggs are from Nagoya Cochin, one of the famous chickens in Nagoya. It was a perfect portion and could actually be good for a ‘blunch’ as well.

LUNCH AT MACARONI

The other day, we went to Macaroni during lunchtime to escape from the crowds. Most of the restaurants near Nagoya Station are crowded, but here there are 140 tables inside, so we don’t have to wait in line most of the time. A special note is that there are kids’ chairs available in the restaurant!
